Friends, potatoes, Spiritusianites,
I am delighted to find that we have a bit of an awards backlog. Which I shall remedy right away, since recognizing outstanding Spiritusianites for their contributions to our community is perhaps the most rewarding thing a Chief Executive can do. Without further adieu:
The Exaltation of Spiritus, the highest executive award, comes with the title of Spud and is the second-rarest award, with only 13 recipients so far in Spiritus history. Chief Executives are not to hand it out lightly, but I gladly award it to:

Current Minister of Culture and former everything Feirmont: I have no idea how it is even possible for someone with his resume and community presence to not hold it already, and to have been awarded the Potato Banner without an Exaltation first, but it is frankly ridiculous. Feir's contributions to Spiritus are many and varied and enough for three Exaltations. I am delighted to be able to remedy this weird oversight, and award Feir his long-deserved Exaltation.
Current Minister of Foreign Affairs and former everything Salaxalans (second award): Everything you need to know about Salax's unparalleled achievements is in the resolution awarding him the Potato Banner - and yet he keeps it coming! I do not know if we'd even have a proper community without him at this point, but I know for sure it would be very different, and much duller. Since he already has the Banner, we have officially run out of ways to honor him, so I am breaking with tradition and award him a second Exaltation. I don't know if that makes him a Double-Spud (Spud2?) but whatever it makes him, I hope you agree that this is warranted.
The Service to Spiritus Medal, conferring the postnominals SPS, was intended as an entry-level award for achievements in the more "classical" GP departments, but it has since morphed into a mid-tier award, the "Exaltation light". It is hereby awarded to:

Former Attorney General Toms (second award): For services to the Supreme Court, and the community at large. Which expressly includes him introducing Clocktower to Spiritus. If that wasn't a substantial, lasting contribution then I don't know what is.
Chair Potato Trustin Judeau (or whatever his name is at any given time): For services to the Legislature, which includes serving with the highest distinction as one of the best Chair Potatoes (including RA Speakers under the old system) this region has ever seen.
Former Chief Executive Frick/beantime: For services to the community, upgraded from the Green Heart Award that he holds since 2019 (20 freaking 19? 4+ years? I am feeling even older than usual now).
Former Chief Executive Serph: For services to the government of Spiritus, particularly distinguished service as Chief Executive despite a busy life. With hopes of more to come!
Legislator and Chief Justice-designate Ltin (second award): For services to the Legislature and the Supreme Court.
Former Legislator Johanna (second award): For services to the community. Johanna is even more ancient in Spiritus than I am, and she has contributed in a number of ways as well. Say what you want, but she does often spark activity on Discord.

The Green Heart Award, which confers the postnominals SPH, triples as an entry-level award, an award for special efforts in events, and the award given to people to show them that Spiritus would be less enjoyable without them around, and that it has not gone unnoticed. I award it to:
