Spiritus Armed Forces Establishment Act
Title
1. This Act shall be cited as the Spiritus Armed Forces Establishment Act (SAFE).
Scope, Definitions
2. This Act shall establish an armed force, and outline the duties, responsibilities, and ideology of the Spiritus Armed Forces.
3. The Commander-in-Chief is the head of the armed forces, and as such will have authority over the operations of the armed forces such as: recruitment into the armed forces, establishing a hierarchy within the armed forces, giving orders and organizing the armed forces, removing members of the armed forces.
4. A native is a standing member of said region, who is not part of a raiding or defending operation in that region.
Naming, Roles
5. The Armed Forces of Spiritus shall be named 'The Spiritus Defense Force' (SDF).
6. The Chief Executive shall be the Commander-in-Chief of the SDF.
Transparency
7. The Commander-in-Chief shall report any operations of the SDF within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of the operation in a location on the forum accessible to all.
8. The Commander-in-Chief is not required to report any ongoing operations if reporting said operation will compromise the operation in question.
9. The Commander-in-Chief will keep a roster of all members of the SDF, their rank, and the responsibilities bestowed by that rank in a location on the forum accessible to all.
