Removing a Treaty
8. The process to render a treaty void begins when:
(a) The terms as outlined in the treaty have been breached by either party subject to the treaty. A notice of a Treaty Breach shall be presented to the Legislature by the Chief Executive or Chair Potato, or
(b) The Chief Executive presents a 'Notice of Annulment' to the Legislature, with just cause as to the reason for the annulment.
9. In either above case, the Legislature shall debate the merit of the annulment for three (3) days. After the discussion period has concluded, a voting period to accept annulling the treaty will begin and shall require assent from two-thirds of the total number of legislators in the Legislature.
